As a complement to regular maintenance, preventive maintenance provides additional protection. Our specialist technicians will regularly visit your PLASTALL blow moulding machine on site to scrutinise it for worn or damaged parts and to check the electrical function. In addition, the machine's filters are changed with each preventive maintenance visit and we can also check the extruder's output on demand.

Regular and thorough checks of the mechanical and safety features of your machine can effectively prevent wear and tear, save money on repairs and spare parts and avoid downtime or even delayed deliveries.

PLASTALL ENHANCED SERVICES

Through the augmented service, PlastAll technical service staff are able to make direct virtual observations during problem analysis and troubleshooting. Special software combined with smart glasses is the core component of this augmented service system. The service can also be used via smartphones.

DATA SECURITY,REMOTE MAINTENANCE

The machine operating company has secure access to Kautex's remote maintenance service. Data transfer between the machine and the service engineer is carried out via a rendezvous server. This method avoids the typical risks associated with establishing an external connection. The smart card is connected to the router as a hardware certificate and is enhanced by a PIN code and sensitive item data is stored locally. Kautex engineers will only select service related queries.

We are able to operate and influence all control modules of the machine via a remote maintenance program. This can even be used for complex program control including access to the machine's computer without any changes to the IT infrastructure being necessary.
